Twin beds, bathroom was small and clearly one of their lesser rooms.

Great location, flashy clientele (you see famous people in the lobby).

complimentary cookies in the evening, extremely friendly staff
had to purchase an upgrade to fit 3 people in the room- the original offer was for two twin beds in itty bitty room

Great hotel, convenient location, very friendly staff. Had to pay extra for two double beds, but ended up with an amazingly large room for NYC complete with a kitchenette. Comfortable beds, nice linen, very clean. I worried about the fact that they allow pets, but you would never know it by looking at our room. The hotel is in a great location and has great staff. The rooms are quite. The only bad things is that priceline customers will probably get the twin bed rooms. Don't be afraid to ask for an upgrade though. ...read more

Called to check on sleeping arrangements - twin beds only!

I believe this hotel tried to put us in their very low entry level room. We called in advance and were told we would be in a room with two twin beds (we are only guaranteed double occupancy). We arrived late (midnight) and were shown to a room with two twin beds. After complaining to the bellman (and generously tipping him) we finally got a room with a King sized bed - no views. Two full or queen would have been OK, but not two twins. It was a difficult experience. ...read more

The staff was wonderful.
Room could use new carpet and wallpaper but that's a minor complaint.

Very nice hotel and would stay there again. My wife left a nightgown and blouse in the room and when we got home she called to see if someone found them. A few hours later we received a call and sure enough someone from housekeeping found them and in turn forwarded them to our house. That's a big plus as far as we're concerned. ...read more
